Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer support team.

We will assist in communicating with the carrier and investigating the shipment whenever possible.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier's operations.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping package

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping
